From first night - across Tampa Bay - Ruskin to St Pete.
More stuff from Gulf trip from Tampa. Came ashore in Cedar Key to wait out the storms. Got caught in one I took a video of. Wasn’t fun, but the boat handled it fine. Staying closer to shore after this trip, but the experience alone out there and being awake for a couple of days was difficult but awesome at the same time. I bought the boat for one dollar snd the dinghy for $1,500! I am very thankful to you jackson! I will take good care of Squirmy! That is the boat’s name! Ha ha what a life! Thanks Cassie snd Iris for saying you miss me!

Jack needed to let it go - trouble in his family father planned on sailing w him but health is declining. I am going to fix it up and keep Jack and his father informed / but for now sailing through the gulf to Tallahassee. It is fantastic sailing again. Cassie snd I drove down so she could give the “no-go” if the project was too big - good having her around to keep me out of trouble. We will keep it in St Marks at the end and f the bike trail. Do we can ride and sail and ride again!

Thanks to family and friends for attending the ride yesterday. So nice to feel Bike House is a valued service in the community. Almost 70 people. My sister Lynda Benton Willis made it her longest ride yet at 60 miles! And of course10 year old Iris made it the whole way as well! 2 new 60 mile club members and a great ride!
